The Story Behind Splash

Splash RV Resort was brought to life through the partnership of original investor Tracy Durham, developer Craig Kruse, and managing partner Gary Blossman. Tracy’s lifelong experience in the RV industry and passion for campground travel helped shape the resort’s creation, while Craig Kruse—known for projects including Santa Rosa RV Resort—led the vision for transforming this canopy of live oaks and natural beauty into an exceptional campground.

Unique RV Camping & Accommodations

Splash RV Resort is designed with RV travelers in mind, offering over 280 spacious sites with full hookups, smooth concrete pads, and wide roads for easy navigation. Whether you prefer a standard back-in, premium pull-thru, or buddy site for group camping, there’s a spot to fit your needs. The resort is also big-rig friendly, making it an excellent choice for any size RV.

However, Splash isn’t just for people with RVs! You can also find a range of glamping-style accommodations here for those looking for something different. For example, the 34 luxury cottages provide a spacious and comfortable stay with full kitchens, cozy living areas with TVs, and sleeping arrangements for up to six guests. Each cottage includes essential amenities like linens, bath towels, and toiletries so that you can settle in with ease.

If you’re looking for an instagrammable stay, consider booking one of the eight Conestoga wagons at Splash. These covered wagons sleep four guests with a king bed and twin bunk beds, plus heating, air conditioning, and a small sitting area with a TV. While they don’t have bathrooms inside, they are conveniently located near modern bathhouses with showers!

The Lazy River is open year-round and offers the perfect chance to float and unwind.
