Volunteer Opportunities

Do Good, Feel Good Navarre Beach

Looking to do some good while vacationing in Navarre Beach? We have just the activity for you! Navarre Beach and North County have several offerings that are a natural fit for your love of volunteering. Whether it’s helping to keep Navarre Beach in pristine beauty through beach cleanups, assisting the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Group or collecting litter along the shores of Coldwater Creek, we have opportunities for groups of all sizes. So make meaningful travel a part of your vacation through our various volunteer programs. Learn more below.

Program #1

Do Good, Feel Good in Navarre Beach! We invite you to be part of our local community by making meaningful travel a part of your vacation and giving back to Navarre Beach. Join the fun as we provide you the opportunity to volunteer through our trade-in a bag of trash for a bag of treasures program. The Santa Rosa Tourism Development Office team has supplied several local businesses with materials for waste clean-up and collection. Once your bag is full of trash, simply exchange it for a goody bag full of Navarre Beach swag! To participate, stop by our main location at the Navarre Beach Visitor Center and start your vacation volunteering. Can’t make it to our Visitor Center? No problem! Pick up a trash bag from the list of our participating partners below.

How To Volunteer:

Look for the Trash Bag program displayed in the lobby or at one of the participating partners below.

Take one bag per person, and set out around the destination to fill it full of litter.

Once your bag is full, take a picture of it and properly dispose of your bag of trash.

Stop by our main location at the Navarre Beach Visitor Center and show a staff member the picture of your trash bag.

They will gladly exchange it for a Navarre Beach Swag Bag!
