Riverfest

Riverfest is Milton’s annual Independence Day festival.

For many years, the event was run by the Santa Rosa County Chamber of commerce. Last year, however, the event was turned over to the City of Milton to run the event due to the financial strain that the event put on the Chamber of Commerce.

Under the new format introduced by the city, Riverfest now features the following core components:

Inflatable waterslides – 3 PM to 9 PM
Food trucks – 3 PM to 9 PM
Great Mill Town Duck Race (hosted by the Blackwater Pyrates) – 5 PM to 6 PM
Bands on the Blackwater Special Show – 7 PM to 9 PM
Fireworks Display – 9 PM to 9:30 PM

Additional activities vary each year. This year, we expect to also have:

Vendor Market – 3 PM to 9 PM
LaserTag – 6 PM to 9 PM
Downtown Concert (hosted by Blackwood Financial Group) – TBD
