Course 1 – Flying Dumpling Canapé –
Chicken and Vegetable Dumpling. Roast Nori Aioli. Fried Garlic, Sesame, Scallion, Chili Oil Tear Drop. Floating over Blood Orange Ponzu.
Course 2 – Duo of Bao –
Braised Crimini with Truffle. Korean Pork Belly. Sunomono of Cucumber, Carrot, and Radish. Fried Garlic, Sesame, and Scallion.
Course 3 – Dragon’s Breath Palate Cleanser –
Pomegranate Kiwi Sorbet. Liquid Nitro Rice Cake.
Course 4 – Emperor Steak Oscar –
Wagyu Denver Steak. Japanese Lobster Thermador. Shaved Aparagus. Saké Bearnaise.
