Explore local Gulf Coast sharks, shark biology, and shark conservation at NBSTCC’s Shark School! Sharks are commonly misunderstood and often feared. Like sea turtles, they also face many threats as a result of human activities. Shark School aims to show these apex predators in a different light by exploring the vital role they play in maintaining healthy oceans. Shark School Participates receive: Intro to sharks of the Gulf of Mexico, Shark arts and craft, Shark tooth treasure hunt (valued at $10), Certificate of Completion, and early entrance to the NBSTCC.
