17th Annual "Woodstoke" Pottery and Kiln Festival

Feb 12 @ 9:00AM

7507 Buckeye Dr. Navarre. 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Holley Hill Pottery. Celebrating handmade pottery and historic wood-fired kilns! Kiln opening and unloading. Attendees are welcome to join the line to view pieces and help to unload two large historical kilns. Art Pieces from Gulf Coast Potters will be available for sale. The suggested $15 donation for the commemorative pottery bowl allows you to sample all the specialty seafood and chili dishes. The commemorative pottery bowls contain locally sourced clay. Mardi Gras Festival at Ye Olde Brothers Brewery

4th Annual Emerald Coast Krewe of Airship Pirates Milton Mardi Gras Parade

Milton. 4 p.m. Join the Emerald Coast Krewe of Airship Pirates as they host this annual parade in downtown Milton. The parade starts at the Milton High School and proceeds South on Stewart St., left on Berryhill Rd., right on Willing St., crossing Hwy. 90, right on Pine St. and ending at Pine St. and Elmira St. After the parade there will be an afterparty with live music, food trucks, kids’ zone, vendors and more! Navarre Beach Mardi Gras Parade

Join the Navarre Krewe of Jesters as they host this annual parade on Navarre Beach along Gulf Blvd. The Parade starts at 1 p.m. at the corner of Gulf Blvd. and White Sands Blvd. and will proceed East on Gulf Blvd. and end at the Navarre Beach Marine Park.

Trash Bash with the Navarre Beach Sea Turtle Conservation Center

Feb 26 @ 8:00AM

8 to 10 a.m. Help protect sea turtles and other imperiled species through a citizen science program that allows volunteers to take an active role in the war against marine debris. Volunteers collect trash from different areas along the 4.5 miles of Navarre Beach and record data that is forwarded to state and federal agencies. Meet in the main Navarre Beach Parking Lot near the Sand Crab Pavilion. A limited supplies of gloves, buckets and pickers are provided, or bring your own.
