Pink Pirate's 2nd Annual Fireman Challenge

This challenging, strength and endurance event will take place at the Navarre Beach Fire station. It is sponsored by a partnership with the a Local women fitness center, Pink Pirates, Navarre Beach Fire station. It is a competition of strength and endurance while doing some basic firemen tasks. Southern 100

Annual Ghost Walk Downtown Milton

6866 Caroline Street, Milton, Fla. Tours will begin at the Imogene Theatre in Milton starting at 6 p.m. each evening. Tours will leave approximately every 25 minutes until around 10 p.m. At the end of each tour there will be a free Halloween themed movie and refreshments.

Whispering Pines Haunted Hayride & Zombie Shoot

Fenner Ride 2019

event logo Ride starts at 7:30 a.m. at the Milton Community Center 5629 Byrom St., Milton, Fla.  Popular annual distance cycling event known as the “Fenner Ride.” Distance rides: 18, 40, 62 and 100. Day of registration begins at 6:30 a.m. and the ride is through the Blackwater State Forest. A portion of the ride will be on the Blackwater State Heritage Trail. The 100/62/40-mile routes include some challenging hills, while the 18 mile is entirely on the rails to trails. Proceeds from the event will benefit the Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida. Secrets of Santa Rosa: History and Archaeology in Your Backyard

The 9th annual lecture series returns this year with free, public lectures on each Saturday in October at 10 am to 12 pm in the Arcadia Classroom. Lecture title: The Pine that Built the South. Science Spooktular by the Sea

From creeps of the deep, an endangered species cemetery, to science that glows in the dark, amazing sea creatures await you. Join us for our annual fundraiser Science Spooktacular. Explore science stations led by outstanding Santa Rosa County teachers. The family friendly event features glow in the dark science demonstrations, spine chilling dissections, haunted beach walk, hands-on activities, and crafts for children. 29th Annual Santa Rosa Creek Tribe Pow Wow

The Pow Wow celebration includes Pow Wow drumming & dancing, Native American Fry bread, story telling, living Creek village, Drums of the Descendants, Native American Flute performers, drum contest, roasted corn, children's crafts, weapons demos, genealogy resource center and much more! Entry: $5 per vehicle. (All funds support the Native American Cultural Center) 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. at Tribal Grounds, 4750 Willard Norris Rd. Milton FL 32570.
