The public is invited to indulge their green thumbs\, eat some great food\, and enjoy the lovely spring weather. The festival is handicapped accessible and has an ATM on site. The event raises scholarship funds for Pensacola State and the University of Florida students. The University of Florida Plant Science and Natural Resource Conservation programs have been on the Milton campus since 1995; both are Bachelor of Science degrees.

The Gulf Coast Cornhole Series consists of numerous qualifying tournaments and a final Championship Tournament spanning the Gulf Coast from Perdido Key to Okaloosa Island between January and September. We offer multiple divisions of both Singles and Doubles at all of our tournaments. The Singles Tournament for both Rookies and Masters divisions begins at 9:00 AM with registration starting at 8:30 AM. Doubles registration closes at 12:30 PM with tournament play starting after the singles are completed. All of our tournaments will be charity or fundraising tournaments and entry fees will be $25 for singles\, with $30 per player for doubles. Any side games are $5 each.
